Lead Recruiter (Nov 2025 – Present)
• Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for JetZero’s next-generation blended-wing-body aircraft program and the Greensboro site buildout.
• Build the recruiting engine powering JetZero’s rapid growth, sourcing, engaging, and hiring top aerospace, engineering, test, and advanced manufacturing talent.
• Partner directly with executives on workforce planning, role design, organizational structure, and multi-year talent roadmaps for the program ramp.
• Deliver market-informed compensation insights across salary, equity, and relocation to drive competitive, strategic hiring decisions.
• Create scalable hiring workflows, ATS processes, and recruiting systems tailored to a fast-moving aerospace startup environment.
